All of our customers are assigned a Customer Success Manager to help with the implementation of Ideal. They will be your main point of contact, and the liaison between your company and our technical team.

Training & Education

Our team will provide workshops to help understand your current talent acquisition process and share best practices for using Ideal. This will assist in all areas of the product, from setting up our chatbot, to the successful adoption of the product.

Ongoing Success

Ideal's team will regularly review data and analytics to ensure program optimization and success. We work to make your experience the best possible, and evaluate success based on your defined metrics.

Our time to hire averaged 25 days prior to using Ideal and now it averages 10 days. Our retention rates have increased by 20% as well.
