Posting a shift is easy with Ideal. Select your location and job, and Ideal will prepopulate details like address, job description, and pay range from your templates. Specify the date and time of the shift, confirm details, and we’ll match you with our on-demand talent pool.

The Ideal platform enables customers to manage a flexible workforce and find great talent on-demand. Our integration with Dayforce gives Dayforce customers the added benefit of viewing and interacting with their flexible workforce alongside their own existing talent.

All Ideal workers are onboarded and verified prior to accepting shifts with our customers. Ideal handles the application and vetting process, including background checks and I-9 verifications.

Ideal is the employer of record for all talent in the marketplace and employs all Ideal workers as W-2 employees. Meaning, Ideal handles details like workers’ comp, tax remittances, key support, and more, so you don’t have to.
