We’ve experienced explosive growth over the past 2 years and are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to build & lead a team of enterprise sales professionals driving toward monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals by developing long-lasting relationships with our customers that help them navigate the challenges of today’s complex digital media analytics space.  

The Director of Enterprise Sales will also…

  • Provide direction and guidance to the Enterprise Sales team including territory planning and account penetration.
  • Drive the team to achieve new customer acquisition monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings goals.
  • Partner with Marketing to campaigns and GTM strategy.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy and planning while engaging with leaders across the company.
  • Forecast pipeline and sales activity for the team.
  • Maintain business relationships at the Executive level within a set of existing and new customers.
  • Manage and build team – recruit, retain and develop a deep bench ensuring the continuity of the business.
  • Responsible for team’s performance and career development/planning.

Desired Qualifications

  • Managing in a demanding, fast-paced, and sometimes volatile environment, is also a plus.
  • Operational excellence in managing a sales team.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, a motivating; inspirational leader capable of instilling excitement in others.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales processes.
  • A successful Director or Enterprise Sales will have the following essential traits: Extreme sense of urgency, leadership, optimism, high self-esteem, professionalism and integrity.
  • Formal sales training: Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling training
