About the role

As the Regional Sales Director (RSD), you’ll work in a fast pace, fast growth, information intensive, and highly challenging work environment where you’ll be expected to plan and carryout all territorial sales activities for assigned accounts.



Responsibilities will include managing a significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.’

Generate and Qualify Leads

Source and Develop Client Referrals

Schedule Sales Activities

Make Sales Calls (new and existing customers)

Negotiate Contracts

Utilize Salesforce.com for sales activity records maintenance

Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

Follow up on sales activity

Perform quality checks on product and service delivery

Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management Participate in sales and industry events

Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

3 to 5 years Sales within Fixed Operations, Automotive Industry experience 4 year degree (preferred)

Proven ability to achieve sales quotas

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Willingness to travel

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Able to operate independently

Proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications

Must have a clean driving record with current & valid driver’s license
