Do you want to be the first point of contact for prospecting and building relationships with our prospects? As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the point person in generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and driving various outbound campaigns but, more importantly, you will focus on your development as a sales professional into the sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and prospect inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries

  • Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects

  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in CRM

  • Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts

  • Schedule discussion, demonstrations, closure calls between account executives and potential customers


Basic Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in related field

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, analyst or lead generation/inside sales at a SaaS company

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity working with PipeDrive

  • Expert knowledge of Google apps (Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar)

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

  • Ability to quickly apply constant and frequent feedback

  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and think on your feet

  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

  • Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
