About the role

We are looking for the hungry, the motivated and creative sales executive to join the team. We are looking to expand our existing sales force and offer an extremely dynamic and exciting work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales of our app enabled service and solutions into targeted markets and proactively finds opportunities to leverage and sell the full WeezLabs solution.

  • Lead the development of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including but not limited to pricing, competitive strategy, negotiations and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the account.

  • Develop and maintain net new sales pipeline through prospecting existing and established, target accounts.

  • Master negotiating strategies aligned with target market assigned

  • Identify key market trends and generate revenue with new and expanded service solution development.

  • Fully qualify and manage sales opportunities while prioritizing key accounts, territories, and verticals.

  • Execute a consultative sales strategy, managing full sales lifecycles, from lead generation to close.

  • Implement key management sales directives while demonstrating leadership and tactical sales methods.

  • Understand and articulate client’s goals and priorities at all times.

  • Share and participate in the development of service offerings, marketing ideas, and events.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction with realistic business requirement scoping and delivery team communication.

  • Provide web based presentations and product overviews.

  • Provide in person presentations at the executive level

Qualifications:

  • Professional presence with superior verbal and written communication skills and an engaging personality with ability to build strong relationships

  • Intrinsically motivated to exceed expectations

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Hunter mentality with proven ability to find the right contacts and close business

  • Specific experience selling software and outsourced solutions highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Strong technical knowledge.

  • Highly motivated and aggressive while maintaining strong work ethics and morals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to travel up to 60%
