About the role

Ve is looking for a Business Development Manager – Digital Media to identify potential and existing clients, and build advertising revenue from programmatic buying in customer accounts. Candidates for this revenue generating sales role must be skilled at engaging directly with prospects and clients via telephone, in-person, and email, provide account support, and work in close collaboration with programmatic traders and data analysts. The Business Development Manager – Digital Media will report to the VP Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Effectively and strategically present Ve’s programmatic buying products to prospects and clients
•Maintain subject matter competency on RTB, DSPs, retargeting, programmatic trading, and the display advertising space
•Responsible for lead generation, new, and upsell opportunities to meet sales and revenue goals
•Manage client relationships, provide feedback on campaign performance via weekly reports, calls, and meetings, and grow account revenues
•Working knowledge of CRM to manage client engagements, contacts, and opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s degree
•1-2 years of sales and account management experience working with online advertisers
•Experience from a digital media agency, retargeting company, ad network, or trading desk
•Understanding of online marketing, especially display advertising
•Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to convey data and analysis strategically to drive more business
•Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Personable – Client facing and loves presenting
