About the role
• Present proposals to homeowners remotely over the phone and via web conference in order to close contracts.
• Prospecting for and qualifying leads, as well as generating referral business
• Utilizing online tools and conducting preliminary site evaluations to develop an initial system design,
• Must have a clear understanding of contract agreements and be able to explain and review legal agreements with customers.
• Must have a clear understanding of complex financial products
• Log all communications with customers in company CRM.
• Help company to maintain database of competitive data.
• Provide customer feedback on product and services improvement.
• Must meet monthly minimum performance standards, as well as maintain high rates of customer satisfaction and delight.
