Digital Marketing Agency Looking to Share 27% of The Delicious Pie

You are hungry and motivated. You can get stuff done in an agile and lean environment. You are not impressed with fancy offices and perks. You care about the results!
There is very little structure and freedom to express creative sales processes. We have done direct mailing (lumpy mail), we can scrape leads to make calls to, we can outsource to call center overseas to get volume, we will be working on inbound, content marketing shortly.
Your location has no importance as long as you have a good internet connection and a phone. However, we are located in Montreal (at the moment).
There are two phases to this business.
In phase one (very short term, 6 month to a year) we will be selling straight website development services. A minimum sale we are looking for is $5,000 per website. This is your general SMB website, without anything too fancy. Everything else is up from that.
In phase two we will start selling digital marketing services on retainer. These will be an on-going monthly revenue and, of course, commissions. These services will include AdWords, SEO, Facebook, email & content marketing, landing pages, and so on. Each of these services will be $1,000 at a minimum per month.
We want to get to the point where selling website development services is just a side effect, just a step in the process, to selling digital marketing services.
The businesses is founded by two people, in their early 30s. We’ve known each other for 17 years.
We have both been in the website-building business since the late 1990s. Each of us possesses a unique set of skills and we recently decided to join hands in creating a small yet ambitious web agency.

We work from home or hotels while traveling. We are digital nomads. We don’t dream of large office spaces and fancy coffee makers. We are motivated by the measurable results and freedom.
