- Identify, develop and qualify sales leads both while utilizing companies CRM and hunting into the market.
- Meet with clients to determine and analyze needs, address, propose and execute solutions
- Conduct sales presentations to large groups.
- Ability to develop and build new sales strategies.
- Develop relationships with Brokers, Senior Management, and other key decision makers
- Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- Engage in new business development, create activity pipeline and revenue targets
- Track all customer details in company CRM
- Utilize product and industry knowledge to selling and creating value for customers
- Experience in real estate, tech, software, or services industry experience is highly desirable but not a requirement
- Strong quota attainment
