As we continue to see growth, we are looking for people to join our small start-up team that want to drive growth initiatives as Inside Sales Representatives.
About the role
- Sell a product that you yourself will be using! We use Streak internally as our CRM to help sell Streak. You’ll believe in the product you’re selling and will be able to shape it with your feedback.

- We’re still small, so you’ll join as an early member of the team with the opportunity to make a huge impact as we continue to grow.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads (via website, referrals, in-app trials, etc)
- Nurture and consult leads through their trial periods – You are the product expert!
- Mine through our database of free users (we have a freemium model) and identify new opportunities
- Develop new prospecting/outbound strategy to generate new leads
- Show online demonstrations to brand new users and trial users
- Run webinars to educate a wider audience
- Analyze and implement changes to improve the existing sales process
- Provide product recommendations to the Product/Engineering teams (driven by data and customer feedback)
- Evangelize our product to build Streak champions everywhere!
