Being a Streak Inside Sales Representative

In this position, you will be using Streak as your main tool, but we always encourage your suggestions to become better together.

What You’ll Do as a Streak Inside Sales Representative

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads generated through our website, referrals, and in-app trials

  • Serve as a Product Expert to grow our client relationships and drive leads through our sales pipeline

  • Present online demonstrations using web presentation tools to educate our target audience

  • Analyze our existing sales process and recommend changes to enhance our market reach

  • Collect data on product usage and customer feedback from new users and trial users

  • Send suggestions and improvement requests from end users to our Project Engineering team

  • Build a community of Streak champions to encourage peer support and knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring as a Streak Inside Sales Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Sales, IT, or Business Development

  • 1 – 2 years of experience selling SaaS products to start-ups and small-to-medium sized clients

  • Superior verbal and written communications skills to speak with executive level decision makers

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to share the benefits of using Streak products

  • SQL knowledge is an asset
