Description: Sales for Research Marketing Services

Sales for Research Marketing Services job purpose: Stamats Communications, Inc., a leading national research marketing and consulting firm, is seeking a professional to increase revenue for our marketing research service offerings by identifying and selling to prospects, maintaining relationships with clients, and acting as a consultant on research for building products, professional meeting planning, consumer brands, and health care clients.

Job Duties:

    • Sell customized marketing research services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending appropriate research and marketing solutions.

    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

    • Identify new research marketing approaches and improvements by remaining current with overall industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ service offerings.

    • Uncover client marketing intelligence needs and outline research-based solutions which provide clear, high quality insight and direction

    • Be a subject matter expert on marketing research and how it pertains to the industries served by Stamats Communications, and share that knowledge both externally and internally through speaking engagements, workshops, webinars, blog posts, and other opportunities.

    • Maintains professional knowledge by attending appropriate workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

    • With the Vice President, Marketing Research, and senior management aid in defining the strategic direction for Stamats’ research marketing services.

    • Keep the Vice President, Marketing Research and senior management informed of activities by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly call/activity reports, and monthly and yearly leads sales analyses.
