Staffing Account Manager
About the role
We are currently expanding our team and we have an opening for a Senior Staffing Account Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for developing client and sales opportunities combined with overseeing related candidate fulfillment activities in an Agency setting.
The position calls for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoy working with people and are comfortable dealing and speaking with C level executives and managers. Ideal candidates will have a proven record of accomplishment with large to medium size clients.
The right candidate brings:
✔Staffing industry experience with at least 3+ years work experience
✔360 degree exposure with a preference for new Business Development.
✔Demonstrably strong networking skills
✔Previous IT solutions or sales/delivery support experience is a plus
✔Strong communication skills, personable, team player, energetic, driven to succeed
