  • Being an sales-i Inside Sales Representative

Reporting to the Team Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for identifying potential prospects, performing initial outreach via phone and email, as well as supporting sales administration tasks.

What You’ll Do as an sales-i Inside Sales Representative

  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects via phone and email
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and service offerings
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas set for the marketing and sales teams
  • Provide input to enhance marketing and sales efforts to reach potential prospects

What You’ll Bring as an sales-i Inside Sales Representative

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
  • 1+ Year of Experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Business Development Representative
  • Previous experience selling software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success performing lead generation, cold calling, and sales support activities
  • Competency in using virtual communication tools and internal systems (CRM, SFA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of industry software products and technology trends that impact business
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new information in client-facing interaction
  • Confidence to overcome objections and convert prospects into qualified leads
  • Willingness to support marketing and sales teams to acquire new clients
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and success-driven
  • Capability to contribute within a team-based environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
