Inside Sales with Growing Consumer Tech Company

Base plus commission 

Immediate start 


Make outbound sales calls to leads (B2C) (no cold calling)

Receive and respond to inbound sales and customer service calls

Respond to sales prospects via live web chat and email

Record and maintain all activities accurately using a CRM


Two years direct inside sales experience, B2C preferred

One year of customer service experience

Proven ability to close sales by phone and electronic communications

Excellent listening skills

Well spoken

Strong phone etiquette

Excellent writing skills

Detail oriented

Enjoy helping customers

Ability to multi-task

Recent experience using CRM systems

MS Office competence (Outlook email, Word, Excel)

Aptitude for technology

Smart phone user

College education preferred

Start-up experience preferred
