About the role
We need two people, to assist in working with our Sales Engineer with closing sales, customer follow up and both pre-sale and post-sale customer service.
•Candidate should ideally have a strong technical background and knowledge of Avaya Telecommunication Hardware. Voice, Data, and Video Networking
•Be able to build and maintain a sales funnel and pipeline for your client account development.
•Prospect and source target organizations, establish contacts and relationships, introduce and sell Avaya.
•Able to confidently explain and demonstrate the features and values of our business telecommunications solutions to technical staff, directors, and those in VP levels.
•Prospect existing customers to sell extended IT & telecom support contracts to new and existing clients.
•Capture, articulate, and prioritize customer requirements.
•Proven ability to work independently as well as work within a team.
•Competent computer skills in MS Office applications.
•Able to forecast and plan account management and use initiative.
•A self-starter with a positive attitude and outstanding customer service abilities.
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks.
•Strong time management and negotiation abilities.
This is a base salary plus commission position.
