About the role

The Direct Hire Account Director- Sales is responsible for filling open job orders by meeting and placing top sales talent. 


  •  Source talent through personal network, Premier’s proprietary database of candidates, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter and more
  • Screen resumes
  • Phone screen and book internal interviews
  • Interview candidates for both reoccurring and hard to fill job orders
  • Act as a liaison between your internal team and your candidates
  • Generate sales revenues by making multiple quality placements on a monthly basis
  • Direct all aspects of referral and placement process
  • Continuously maintain and update Salesforce database
  • Assist with reference checking 
  • Support with planning client/candidate related events, happy hours, or networking events
  • Attend client visits with Account Directors as needed

Accountability for Candidate Management:

  • Live-screen minimum 20 potential candidates  a week
  • Add at least 5 workable candidates to your pipeline weekly
  • 20 applications to open job orders a week
  • 10 client facing interviews a week
  • 2 networking events a week
