About the role

Manage the outbound prospecting and New Business Development process including pipeline generation and prospect qualification

Develop relationships with key business decision makers within SMEs with a view to selling them a media solution

Manage account profiling process which includes understanding prospects buying process, communicating the NRS Media Partners’ value proposition and selling the product to the prospect

Successfully build and progress pipeline all the way through to closing the sale, through proactive outbound calling efforts

Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales metrics including, but not limited to: Individual sales quota, +-90 outbound calls per day and or 3 hours of talk time

Manage the day-to-day back office inside sales process including:

Accurate use of CRM systems and Sales Pipeline including all Prospect information

Promptly follow up leads

Negotiate contracts to close the sale

Demonstrate effective selling and presentation techniques to influence the prospect

Occasional travel and face to face meetings may be required

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years Inside Sales experience

Energetic and positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity and a desire to win in the right way

High self-discipline with strong organizational skills and results orientated

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong rapport building, relationship and account management skills

Strong business acumen

Proven track record of success in outbound calling, New Business Sales

Adaptability and flexibility in order to work effectively within different situations and with multiple teams/individuals

Ability to work with numbers to perform various types of calculations in order to effect basic commercial transactions and forecast accurately

Teamwork and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Personal computer literacy including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems

A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) preferred
