This is a unique opportunity to get involved in the dynamic and expanding world of Performance Marketers. Mundo Media is seeking an energetic Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating a book of business through the promotion of Mundo Media’s services. These services include Search Marketing, Lead Generation through Affiliate Marketing, Display Marketing, Mobile Marketing and Social Marketing.
The ideal candidate will identify and close new online marketing advertisers through careful prospecting and negotiation and be prepared to put in the time to get the job done. This position provides a competitive base salary with a very attractive monthly profit based performance bonus opportunity. This position will provide sales, marketing, media and securing new advertisers.
- Sales and Marketing Development
- Sales Prospecting
- Establish and manage relationships with existing client advertisers
- Consult with clients on their marketing needs.
- Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly competed
- Manage the campaign setup process to ensure campaigns are setup quickly and accurately
- Act as first point of contact to clients and address client needs as needed
- Cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals.
- When requested, negotiate with advertisers to improve rates and payment terms
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 1 yr. experience in intangible, media and internet sales products and affiliate marketing
- Min 2 yrs. sales work experience with strong closing techniques; using logical steps
- General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication
- Cost Per Action (CPA) experience
- Organized and Efficient follow up
- Ability to fit customer expectations by adapting to different situations with sincerity and realism
- Good online skills and experience with CRM systems
- Performance driven
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- A University or College graduate (Business or Communications preferred)
- Performance based network marketing experience
