About the role

  • Improve mobileLIVE market position and achieve financial growth

  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

  • Find potential new customers, identify the decision makers with client organization, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future

  • Drive the creation of presentation materials and proposals that effectively present mobileLIVE solutions

  • Qualify and drive response initiatives to closure, maximizing revenue and strategic value for our organization

  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.

  • Help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

  • Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is his/her responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, Telecom and Financial Industries

  • Understanding of Technology/IT Business

  • 7-10 years of demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business to sell end-to end solutions;

  • Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, digital solutions, and market trends

  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas;

  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to

  • potential clients

  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with

  • seasoned presentation skills;

  • Strong knowledge or experience around the services industry with particular emphasis on

  • strategy, consulting, and product development;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Proven ability to close deals under high stress to successful completion;

  • Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense;

  • Strong negotiating skills.
