Description

We are looking for individuals who want to accelerate their sales career at a fast-growing technology firm located in the Boston Seaport area! The BDR Role is part of a sales team that is expanding 3x over the next 6 months. We have an inbound sales model and your core responsibility will be converting 30-day trial users to paying customers.

Our performance track enables self-promotion as milestones are achieved, and you will have a clear path from Business Development Rep to Account Executive to Sales Manager.

We are looking for entry level and experienced Business Development Representatives to join our growing sales team. We offer aggressive base salaries and an uncapped variable compensation structure for this role.

Responsibilities

Cultivate business opportunities through targeted prospecting.

Develop strong business relationships with prospects.

Become an impactful member of the sales team and contribute to the team revenue goal.

Maintain records in Salesforce.com and document activity and pipeline.

Skills and Expertise Required

0-3 years of sales experience

You have a proven track record of exceptional performance in a high volume inside sales environment

You understands and convey urgency in order to drive action

Most importantly, you are optimistic, driven, thoughtful, collaborative, and a natural leader
