The Account Executive’s (AE) mission is to achieve revenue growth and retention within Infusion’s current and potential accounts, through the presentation and implementation of a broad solutions and services strategy. The Account Executive will build and manage key relationships with Infusion’s current and potential customers, and Infusion’s channel partner representatives. The successful candidate will partner with Infusion’s delivery team and engage Infusion resources (sales, technical strategists, consulting, support, business units, and executives) to support customer interests that the AE advocates on the customer’s behalf, keeping Infusion’s’ long term interests in focus. In this role, the AE will achieve Infusion’s goals of winning value-producing engagements, driving global customer satisfaction, and growing annual revenue.
Act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, the market, strategic channel partners, and Infusion.
Build a consistent and predictable sales pipeline in assigned geographic areas and named accounts, which contributes to the exceeding of annual quota targetsSupport direct and indirect sales engagements of channel partners (Microsoft, Xamarin, Samsung, MongoDB, Sitecore, etc.)
Develop and maintain a vibrant industry ecosystem through an integrated approach to evangelism, communities, partnerships, and intelligent audience marketing
Drive revenue targets, optimize sales productivity, penetration goals, deployment objectives, and customer satisfactionIdentify and communicate new industry solutions
Drive accountability and ownership of processes around opportunity engagement (handoffs, resourcing, partner attachment, client satisfaction, etc.)
Engage in in activities focused in generating client awareness (may include industry conferences, public speaking engagements, blogging, social media, etc.)
Degree qualified (bachelor’s degree typically required, Master’s / MBA beneficial)
Additional sales or marketing qualifications centered on driving business value through the use of technology is required
5 + years of real-world, technology services / enterprise sales experienceExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Experience interacting with C-Level and Senior VPs, showing executive level presence and influenceExperience working to solve problems across business units and multiple locations.
Passion for sales within the technology industryUnderstanding of the Microsoft business suite and how to sell in a Tier 1 consulting organization
Ability to connect technologies with meaningful reference to architectural frameworks, solution architectures, infrastructure architectures, Cloud Computing, Web, Service Oriented Architecture and/or the Microsoft Application Platform.
Excellent track record of designing, executing win sales and marketing strategies
Proven track record of being able to deliver $5M + services quota
Shows self-initiative in developing opportunities, leads, and engagements.
Has developed a strong network of decision-makers within large organizations, which may have potential outsourcing or technology consulting needs.
