Are you naturally good at connecting people? Do you have a good sense of when an opportunity is a fit for someone? Ideal.com is looking for a talent scout to help nurture the relationships between top employers and job seekers that are using the Ideal.com platform. You will work with our employer customers and community of sales professionals to make sure the best fits connect after being matched through our job matching platform.
