Inside Sales Rep
About the role
Purpose: Support team of national sales directors by prospecting targeted markets to develop and grow a healthy pipeline of prospects; qualify decision makers; introduce our product and services; and set up meetings between decision makers and our sales team.
HealthiPASS is seeking highly motivated individuals with experience in lead generation & inside sales.

- Exceed revenue goals! Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying prospective clients; finding the right decision makers within those companies; building rapport; and creating excitement about our patient payment services.
- Create a funnel of new prospects via phone sales and e-mail outreach; answer incoming inquiries; verify and enter information; and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, as well as recommending new approaches.
- Stay informed on related industry trends, news stories and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with success at cold calling
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in revenue cycle solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce.com
