Primary ResponsibilitiesReporting to the VP of Sales, we are looking for a dynamic sales manager to support our waxsales efforts in North America. You will be responsible for supporting GreenMantra’s salesactivities by identifying, developing, negotiating and closing wax sales into a variety of industrialsectors. You will also be a pivotal part of the team commercializing a new line of unique, 100%recycled content waxes.Internal Coordination Interact with R&D and product development staff as it relates to product specifications Troubleshoot customer technical issues, identify areas for product improvement and makerecommendations to the Vice President of Sales and Technical Director, as neededSkill Set and Capabilities Demonstrate a proven track record of identifying, developing and maintaining clientrelationships Must have expertise in wax and/or specialty chemical sales into industrial or commercialmarkets

 Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines Must be well organized and able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in all tasks Must be able to weigh a variety of decision alternatives and provide a recommendationbased on sound analysis Must be able to clearly and concisely present information in verbal and written form Must be willing to travel to client locations and work independently Must have strong commercial sense and have demonstrated capability to negotiate highvalue sales contractsEducation and Work History BA or BS degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in related market and business development efforts Technical background in waxes, specialty chemicals, polymers, or other fine chemicals aplus Experience working with large and small accounts and customers Demonstrated ability to develop and grow the business in current and new areas of industry Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
