About The Role:

We are looking for a talented new member to join our management team. The sales manager will be responsible for leading an elite sales team, they will contribute directly to the success of our profitability of the company. Through training, proactive coaching, and excellent time management the successful Sales Manager will work with a team of Sales Representatives to generate results that achieve and surpass not only our goals but theirs as well.

This training focused role will require the Sales Manager to motivate, train and coach a team of 4-5 Sales Representatives to exceed all given targets. Sales Managers will communicate team updates, issues and risks to the Vice President directly (if need be) and will work in conjunction with the Vice President to ensure that the team is performing at its full capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and execute orientations / trainings for new hires of your team

  • Meet daily to coach/train reps on your team (phone/in field)

  • Travel to the various client locations to train/re-train the team of 4-5 Sales Representatives

  • Train on skills requiring improvement and follow up with next steps and continued monitoring

  • Motivate and encourage team resulting in an increase in retention

  • Focusing on building relationships with all members of the team

  • Lead by example by generating sales leads when needed


  • Adaptable to a flexible working schedule that can include evenings and weekends

  • 1-2 years of sales/training experience required

  • Sales team management experience is an asset

  • Highly professional, charismatic and confident

  • Exceptional time management, organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues

  • Valid G class license with own vehicle is required for this position
