About the role
The Inside Sales Executive will become a key member within our extremely successful Business Development team. As opposed to a typical ‘high volume’ telesales environment, this role requires a highly coordinated, high quality focus, presenting our EverQuote Pro Platform (consumer lead buying program) to Insurance Agency owners and managers in highly targeted areas.
Our consumer leads are widely recognized as the highest quality in the industry, and because we are endorsed as a preferred supplier, our value proposition (when delivered professionally) is well received.
The focus of the role is to contact specific Insurance Agencies (by email and telephone) and have them enroll in EverQuote Pro (lead buying program).
To achieve this, the individual will work closely with our Agency Operations team to identify potential opportunities & key decision makers, initiating contact, and using persuasive sales techniques to achieve high ‘contact to enrollment’ metrics.
Skills / Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an outbound Telesales
- Experience closing deals in sales over the phone
- Experience completing 60+ warm calls per day
- Experience selling in a B2B environment preferred
- Ability to work within a fast-paced business development department
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong record of success in whatever you have done
- Energetic, proactive and tenacious
