• Be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding established goals and targets
• Handling of incoming sales calls, cold calling, and walk in business.
• Demonstrate initiative in learning and understanding new products and services
• Handle student concerns
• Completing daily sales paperwork, contract documentation, and maintaining proper files on all leads and projects
• customers and following sales to ensure ongoing student satisfaction and resolve any complaints
• Be able to do powerful presentations to prospective students, converting leads into appointments, and interviews into registrations
• Direct face to face concept selling required
• 2 plus years plus years of proven sales experience in the private career college industry
• A great attitude towards students is required
• Commitment to driving sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be fluent in English both oral and written
