IT Sales/Business Development Manager – Chicago

ETS is an established IT solutions and services company with operations in the US and India. We are in an accelerated growth phase seeking new opportunities and horizons.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The position will have end-to-end responsibilities for Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Client relationships and Account Management.
Applicants should possess Sales experience in the IT industry, with excellent communication and selling skills and a positive and winning attitude.
Candidates should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to exceed Sales targets. He/she should be able to generate and execute innovative ideas to meet organizational goals and increase revenue by proactively identifying, pursuing and winning new business.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record and exceeded aggressive sales targets. Should be able to leverage prior customer relationships and generate opportunities.
Key expectations and Responsibilities on the job include: Acquisition and Development of new Business targeting Medium and Large enterprises – Independently leading and managing sales activities – Marketing Collateral and Proposal preparation – Managing multiple client accounts
Candidate will be working from a home-based office.
Travel – some amount will be required, but it will be less than 25%.
