About the role

The opportunity

The Elcom team is growing and we are looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative who can successfully identify new sales opportunities and build pipeline. If you are driven and looking to join a growing company with a great culture, then this is an opportunity for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate and nurture leads, with the CRM and Marketing Automation systems 
  • Proactively call a database of decision makers and influencers
  • Work with Sales Management to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging 
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
  • Identify prospect requirements and how elcomCMS can help them
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive leads to the BDM team
  • Collaborate with the sales team on opportunities

Experience and attributes include:

  • Outbound inside sales / telemarketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly motivated self­-starter, and team player
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Software, Web, Intranet and Portal technologies 
  • Thrive on the adrenaline rush of finding warm leads and winning deals 
  • Love web technology and what it can do for business
