We are looking for a Software Sales Professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handing over qualified opportunities to colleagues Sales Team by targeting and qualifying prospects. Successful candidates will be expected to move up in our Sales organization.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Uncover needs and generate interest of our offerings via cold calling from lists, internet based research (self-generated lists) and incoming leads. 

• Qualify leads based on specific guidelines and criteria, while working in a CRM 

• Practice pipeline management and follow up skills 

• Participate in social media and learn the industry

• Work closely with the Sales Team & Marketing Teams

• Book demos & site visits for Sales Team 

• Generate Leads and Opportunities

• Participate in training for your next promotion 

Who are we looking for? A business person who can sell:

• Confidence & comfortable to cold call and engage in meaningful discussions

• Self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, schedule and follow through 

• Strong capacity to learn and command of the English language 

• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills 

• Highly proficient level of computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook 

• Must be team oriented with an openness to growth and professional/ personal development 

• Industry, Customer Service and previous Business Development experience considered an asset

• Empathetic and genuine communicatior

• CRM experience
