We are looking for an ambitious and agile Outbound Sales Associates to qualify and sell Infusionsoft products and services to prospects using a consultative selling approach. With some pretty giant goals ahead of us, we know that we can only do it with awesome sales people on board – people who are naturally aligned to our nine core values, people who will contribute to our mission in a big way (think exceeding quotas), and people who love small business.

What Does an Outbound Sales Rep Look Like?

Who you are:

Goal-oriented, you’re known for smashing your sales goals
Persuasive, you could sell a two-wheeled bike to a unicyclist
A super communicator – successfully communicating, building rapport, and relating to all kinds of people all over the world
Who you are not:

Overwhelmed by a fast-paced environment that’s constantly evolving
Uncomfortable meeting new people and forging new relationships, all over the phone
Static and unwilling to innovate
Daily Deeds:

Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue and sales quota
Directly interact with long-term nurture prospects to re-position the value of Monster Commercial Real Estate’s Solutions and Services using our TruSelling Methodology (buy/sell alignment, business case development, case studies and a passion for helping small businesses)
Qualify and re-engage long-term nurture prospects as potential customers/partners of Monster Commercial’s solutions
Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the market and industries Monster Commercial serves as well as the products and services Monster Commercial provides
Update on a timely basis Monster Commercial’s Infusionsoft CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
Maintain CRM Records
Obtain, review, and apply Monster Commercial’s TruSelling Methodology
Contributing to a team selling environment
Having fun!!!
Gotta Haves

2+ years of telesales experience, B2B sales experience preferred
An excellent track record of exceeding quota
Bachelor’s degree OR successfully owned and operated your own small business
Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner
Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
Confident and competitive with a tenacious attitude and ability to rise to the challenge
Highly motivated, results-driven individual
