Our unique live-profile technology makes the right data available in the split-second time necessary to help clients efficiently acquire new customers, retarget site visitors or build brand awareness.

We are looking to grow our mid-market sales team in New York city. Could you be our next Hero of the month? This Account Executive role is a critical part to Chango’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in online/digital media sales and is an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who loves the thrill of winning new clients and driving revenue. The successful candidate will be results-driven and have strong analytical skills. If this is you, read on!  


Exceed sales goals and quarterly revenue targets while contributing to overall team goals

Understand the overall business objectives of the Chango sales organization, and then articulate the Chango value proposition to the advertising community

Excel in an inside sales style and approach

Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with mid-market advertising companies

Field, qualify, and cultivate in-bound leads emanating from Chango’s best-in-breed marketing and lead nurturing program

Manage a portfolio of mid-market sized clients and develop for growth opportunities

Develop and grow relationships at all levels including the C-suite, Marketing Executives, and Ecommerce Managers.


2+ years experience in online advertising, digital marketing, or programmatic advertising

Successful phone based sales experience and cold calling expertise

Demonstrated track record of success driving revenue through prospecting, creating new business and sustainably growing existing business

Customer centric, consultative solution sales approach focused on client’s initiatives and metrics for success.

In office presence to contribute to the energetic and results driven environment

Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service

Passionate about digital media and how Chango can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry

Demonstrated knowledge of the online advertising industry

Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment

Knowledge of competing products a plus
