POSITION SUMMARY

The Channel Partner Manager, often being the first contact a partner has with our company, is responsible for representing Celigo in a professional, positive and friendly manner.  The position is responsible for increasing company revenue by proactively recruiting partners to the Celigo to resell specific Celigo products and drive referrals to Celigo’s direct sales force for other Celigo products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

After learning the basics of our business, the Channel Partner Manager will recruit partners to resell Celigo products and generate leads. Responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit partners in the NetSuite Ecosystem that will resell Celigo products, specifically Celigo’s Productivity applications and Salesforce Connector for NetSuite.

  • Recruit partners in the NetSuite Ecosystem, generate leads that will go to the Retail, High Tech and Productivity team.

  • Coordinate efforts across various sales groups, implementation groups and operations groups to ensure success of the first leads coming from a new partner.

  • Generate and execute on outbound marketing campaigns to increase exposure and partner recruitment.

  • Accurate forecasting or partner relationships and revenue tied to the leads generated.

  • Report back to the business market trends, including competitive landscape or any other relevant information that will help us shape our success.

  • Executing outbound telephone and email communications to partners, focused on the NetSuite ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree

  • Minimum of three years quota-carrying sales experience and/or experience managing a channel program

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Ability to think and plan strategically

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills (product management, support, sales and senior management)

  • Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce is a strong plus

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills, with ability to translate technical and customer information into products requirements

  • Experience working with MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Internet browsers strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills
