We’re looking for smart, driven and outgoing sales professionals to help educate physicians and practice staff about our reputation management platform and set appointments for our account executives.

The Sales Development Representative will have a proven track record of building a lead funnel and exceeding their quotas in a phone-based role.

Responsibilities

    • Promptly respond to and qualify inbound inquiries via phone and email
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, keeping in touch with existing leads
    • Work with account executives to schedule demos and in-person meetings 
    • Hit (and exceed!) monthly quotas of qualified opportunities 

Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
    • 2-5 years of experience in inside sales: Bonus points for experience selling software to doctors
    • Strong organization skills: We use Google Apps and Salesforce (must know these tools)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
