Avionos is expanding and looking to add enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to our team. ISR’s at Avionos work via the phone contacting and developing new business in addition to maintaining relationships with their current customers. You will experience extensive training, aggressive growth, and a fast-paced exciting team environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with clients in the Cloud, Content, Commerce and IOT space
  • Brand Ambassador for Avionos through direct cold calling
  • Effectively communicate the unique Avionos value proposition to leading brands
  • Work with Inside Sales Group to assess target clients and create brand awareness
  • Be the driving force for Avionos’ growth in the Connected Customer Space

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience preferably in IT services
  • B2B and/or B2C eCommerce sales experience a plus
  • Successful experience cold calling and building/developing relationships over the phone.
  • Closing skills with a hunter mentality 
  • High Energy, Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Goal-Oriented, and Success Driven.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Capability to move into business development management
