About the role

Attivio is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a collaborative and exciting work environment. This individual will be an integral team member responsible for key aspects of our fast sales cycle and is a person who never shies away from competition to help us reach our revenue growth targets.

Results matter to us, and as a metrics-driven firm the Inside Sales Representative will be able to measure their success in generating customer demand and assist the team in closing deals over the phone as they progress in the role.

What You’ll Do as an Attivio Inside Sales Representative

  • Research prospects, engage decision makers, and generate interest in our software products

  • Route qualified leads to internal Sales Executive to initiate further discussion and development

  • Consistently exceed internal quarterly quotas set to support revenue generation opportunities

  • Facilitate presentations to generate inbound marketing leads that could benefit from our products

  • Listen attentively to the needs and pain points of prospective clients to recommend the best solution

  • Complete 40 – 50 outbound cold calls each day to perform outreach within a specified territory

What You’ll Bring as an Attivio Inside Sales Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development

  • 1 – 2 years of work experience within technical or enterprise software sales

  • Working knowledge of standard industry CRM systems, office productivity, and presentation tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations and interact with clients
