Senior Sales Representative
About the role
Altus helps academic programs choose better students by providing screening tools for professionalism and personal characteristics. This helps the programs save money by reducing the amount of time wasted reviewing personal statements, reference letters and conducting interviews. Other programs want to augment “cognitive only” ranking (like looking at GPa only) with a low effort tool that helps them effectively target non-cognitive skills. If you know anyone who has applied to McMaster Medicine since 2010, they would have written our test (CASPer).
We’ve had startling success in a short period of time, and we’re looking for one or more people to help us capitalize on this by expanding our exposure to Deans and Directors of academic programs, both in allied health (Med school, nursing, rehab) and in other non health programs (law, business, education). This job involves everything from the initial market and sales strategy, to lead generation, education, coalition building and ultimately helping our customers through the adoption cycle.
