- Entry level to 5+ years B2B sales experience. Preferably with Inside Sales.
- Technical prowess with ability to learn quickly.
- High call courage and thrive with cold calling activities.
- Ability to persuade individuals to make decisions.
- High business acumen with ability to identify key decision makers with different size organizations.
- Natural communicator with the ability to connect and relate to people that are different from themselves.
- Innate ability to tell a story and implement in their selling activities.
- Must possess a Hunter-sales mentality with a competitive nature and drive to meet individual and team goals.
- Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable with the risk-reward industry of sales.
- Candidates must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to hit their performance metrics independently. We Do Not Micromanage.
